Objectives

  • Learn to utilize hands-on activities to work with children on behavior-based treatment plan goals.
  • Learn how to create activities that can be incorporated in sessions to work on a variety of behaviors, examples utilizing coping skills, identifying and expressing emotions appropriately, anger management skills, implementing stop and think to improve impulse control, etc.
  • Learn to identify and create interventions to use with children with ADHD, ODD and other mental health diagnoses.
