I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples across a variety of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, attachment, and PTSD. My approach to therapy is inclusive, collaborative, and person-centered, with an emphasis on helping clients recognize their strengths, build self-confidence, and develop meaningful strategies for navigating life’s challenges.

My clinical work is guided by an integrative, trauma-informed approach, with particular interest in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic-based interventions. I am passionate about understanding clients within the context of their relationships and lived experiences while creating a therapeutic environment that promotes curiosity, connection, emotional safety, and meaningful growth.
