Katie is an integrative trauma therapist, combining action-oriented approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with trauma-informed techniques from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) in order to offer a wide-range of support to meet client’s current and evolving needs.
