  • Understand presentations of trauma (fight/flight/freeze/fawn)
  • Have a basic understanding of the nervous system and polyvagal theory
  • Identify and use strategies to regulate the traumatized nervous system

Skye Ross, LCSW, PMH-C, MPH

Skye Ross is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Perinatal Mental Health therapist, and EMDR-certified therapist. Skye has over a decade working with individuals with complex trauma in court-based settings, community mental health, and private practice as well as nearly a decade of experience supervising and training staff.
